I've been personal training for over 8 years now and have always based my training on proven research, knowledge of exercise physiology and psychology, and experience with clients. I make sure I am informed of the most recent changes in research and theory within the fitness field through professional journals and publications in order to make my personal training cutting edge. I have always questioned fads and trends within my field and that is why I have trained my clients to success. In order to see long lasting and permanent results in the body, a change in the mindset and mental processes needs to occur. Without both mental and physical training, one only creates temporary results in the body that are lost quickly. Everyone deserves to know this, so I have decided to create my own personal training system, The Brinkley Training Advantage.
