Driven 2 Be Fit Boot Camp:
FLEXIBILITY OF BOOTCAMPS- Choose any number of sessions and use them however it suits you. You may skip a week if needed and use the sessions during the remaining 3 weeks. The Unlimited Sessions option allows you to attend any of the boot camps and allows you to attend more than 1 session per day during the 4 weeks.
If you have a group of people that would like to train together either for a specific event/competition or just a group of friends wanting to get fit, then a private boot camp is the way to go.
As a private boot camper, you are in control of the location, time, and frequency you'd like your group to train. I come to you for your specific group needs and wants. If you are a group of tri-athletes training for a race or a group of co-workers competing in your own "Biggest Loser" Contest, this is your private bootcamp. You could be a group of guys trying to get fit and enjoy the company of close buddies for a some friendly competition. No matter the goal, private bootcamps are a fun and exciting way to get fit in a familiar and supportive environment.
Rates:
2-4 participants: $45 per person per session
5-9 participants: $35 per person per session
10 or more participants: $25 per person per session
*Rates may increase based on specific group location.
My schedule is limited in terms of the number of 1-on-1 personal training clients with whom I can work. Individual sessions are available to those who have the potential to be successful in their efforts to reach their goals. Your desire to make positive adjustments to your ways and re-create your lifestyle must be strong.
Before I begin working with you 1-on-1, these commitments need to be met:
Commit to at least 2 personal training sessions per week for at least 6 weeks
Commit to at least 1 workout on your own per week in addition to the 2 personal training sessions
Commit to give a substantial effort to follow the program I have designed for you
Commit to the nutritional guidelines that I give you for the 6 weeks
Maintain a daily food and exercise journal
Stay focused and dedicated with a positive mindset

Online Training is a program designed for those with unpredictable and hectic schedules where work meetings pop up at the last minute frustratingly ruining your plans. You may be someone who really does not do well with a set schedule and you thrive more on a "plan as you go" type attitude. Or you may be someone who needs something consistent set up in your inconsistent day to bring you peace and comfort to relieve stress. Either way, the flexibility of online training is the way to fit in your workouts and see results you are lacking right now. Workouts are designed to fit your chosen location (gym, home, office, hotel, etc.)
As an online training client you will:
Set daily, weekly, and monthly personal goals
Set your own workout schedule
Have personalized workouts designed specifically to you
Be provided nutritional advice, guidance, and planning

Have daily access to me via email or phone
