Successes
I did Angie's bootcamp for the last 3 months leading up to my wedding. My main goal was to lose weight, but I accomplished more than that. I noticed I had more energy than before. I felt stronger, I was sleeping better than ever and my metabolism sped up dramatically. I also noticed a positive change in my mood. The best part was, I had gained all that by doing something I was truly enjoying. Angie's workouts kept me motivated and hanging out with the other girls was always fun. Family and friends started noticing the changes in me. The best comment I received was from my Mother in Law. I had to wear a Vietnamese dress for a short time during my reception and the first time I tried it on, they had to add one inch to the waist. The last time I tried it on before the wedding, they had to take 2 inches off the waist. My Mother in Law said "oh my goodness, you lost weight! you look good!"

BTA's Driven2BeFit camp not only increased my fitness, metabolism and muscle mass, but my overall well-being. Angie and my camp-mates encouraged me every session, and I really enjoyed the challenging workouts. Plus, I remained injury free during ultimate frisbee season (July through October). Before Angie, I never got through the season without hurting myself. Driven2BeFit rocks!

After months of not being able to work out consistently, Angie and the Driven 2 Be Fit Bootcamp has given me the motivation I needed to get back in shape. It is so great to be encouraged and pushed to "the edge" every morning and to see myself get stronger. I know it is only a matter of time and dedication before I have my dream body.
